Role Summary:

Electrical Systems Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Systems Specialist to join our team in Nashik. This is a permanent role, ideal for someone with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in automation, electrical hardware, and PLC programming.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of automation project requirements and select appropriate machine elements
  • Design and integrate panel elements and electrical hardware, ensuring compliance with industry standards
  • Create and interpret wiring diagrams and oversee panel building, driving efficiency and quality
  • Develop and troubleshoot PLC programs and HMI interfaces, leveraging expertise in industrial automation
  • Drive improvements in system performance and reliability, identifying areas for cost-saving and cycle time reduction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation, fostering open communication

Qualification & Experience:

  • B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field, with a strong foundation in circuit analysis and design
  • 4 to 5 years of experience in automation, electrical design, and PLC/HMI programming, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Strong understanding of industrial automation and electrical systems, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technologies
  • Proficient in PLC programming (any major platform) and HMI design, with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing automated systems, with a focus on root cause analysis and corrective action
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for continuous improvement, committed to delivering exceptional results
