SAP SD OTC Specialist Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading functional analysis, solution design, and implementation of processes across SAP OTC, FMS, Retail, and E-Commerce domains.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end OTC cycle including sales order processing, pricing, delivery, billing, credit management, and returns.
  • Implement and optimize fashion-specific functionalities such as seasonality, stock segmentation, matrix articles, and allocation strategies in SAP FMS.
  • Configure and support SAP Retail processes including article master, pricing/promotions, store operations, and procurement.
  • Integrate SAP with e-commerce platforms for real-time data exchange across inventory, orders, and customer data.
  • Conduct workshops, write functional specifications, perform testing, and support cutover/go-live activities.
  • Analyse business needs and recommend SAP best practices and enhancements.

The successful applicant will have a deep understanding of order-to-cash processes and fashion/retail-specific workflows. They will also possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional global team.
