Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in the capacity of an Agent Support specialist.

Mandatory Responsibilities:

  • Respond, diagnose, resolve and track customer support queries via phone, email and chat;
  • Maintain response and resolution speed as defined by Service Level Objective (SLO);
  • Achieve high customer satisfaction scores and adhere to quality standards in 90% of cases;
  • Utilize the existing knowledge base to provide a customer-facing root cause assessment; and
  • Provide a customer-facing bug progress summary using available tools and platforms.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written);
  • Typing skills with a minimum speed of 60-80 WPM;
  • Troubleshooting experience: diagnosing and resolving complex issues with SOP documents;
  • Support experience: familiarity with support methodologies, case lifecycles, and analytical skills for breaking down issues;
  • Knowledge of ticketing tools and ITIL principles.

Benefits of Employment:

  • 6+ months of experience in infrastructure, storage, and service desk operations;
  • Hands-on experience with Google products (Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gemini app, Notebook LLM, Keep, Sites, Forms, Appsheet);
  • Google Workspace Administrator certification is a significant advantage.
