Job Description:

As a seasoned data engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and building scalable data pipelines for efficient data ingestion, processing, and storage. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest standards of data quality and performance.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in data integration, processing, and storage, as well as proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Scala). Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data services is also highly desirable.

A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, you will be able to effectively present and advocate for quick design solutions. Your proactive approach to problem-solving will enable you to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines
  • Build and optimize data architectures and data models
  • Develop ETL processes to transform and load data from various sources
  • Ensure data integrity, quality, and security across all data systems
  • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

  • Expertise in data integration, processing, and storage
  • Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language
  • Experience with cloud data platforms and their data services

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of data management, processing, and architecture
  • Sound knowledge of data integration tools like Apache Spark, Kafka, Airflow
