AI Research Engineer

We are seeking a skilled AI research engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in natural language processing and machine learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop solutions for natural language technologies, including paraphrasing, grammar checking, proofreading, summarization, and translation.
  • Survey, choose, and implement methods from natural language processing and machine learning to solve problems of interest.
  • Optimize solutions by modifying training recipes, performing extensive experiments, analyzing results, and iterating rapidly.
  • Develop internal tools to facilitate AI component development that are easily usable and extendable by others.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify ways to improve solutions and diagnose issues.
  • Contribute ideas to other AI teams working on a range of problems in artificial intelligence.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of hands-on experience in natural language processing and machine learning.
  • Strong knowledge of Python and deep learning toolkits (PyTorch, HuggingFace, etc.).
  • Experience training neural network models (language models, sequence-to-sequence models, classifiers, etc.) for natural language processing.
  • Passion for artificial intelligence, natural language processing, and machine learning.
  • Strong command of the English language.
