About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead HighRadius Cloud product implementations for Fortune 2000 clients.

This role offers high visibility with regular client interaction and requires exceptional communication skills, organization, and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out end-to-end client implementation of HighRadius Cloud products across the globe.
  • Write SQL scripts for data gathering and configuration.
  • Run and execute projects through various phases, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live, and hyper-care.
  • Build rapport with clients and manage them effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy projects with agreed KPIs.
  • Test process flows, drive adoption, and validate value outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of professional services experience.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree from a reputable university.
  • Good understanding of SDLC processes and Functional Consulting experience.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, presentation, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Exposure to international clients/projects, business acumen, domain knowledge, and team player.
