MES Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled MES professional to join our team as a Manufacturing Execution System Analyst.

Main Responsibilities:

• System Maintenance and Optimization: Monitor system performance, implement updates, and make necessary adjustments to optimize the MES for efficiency and quality.
• Implementation and Configuration: Assist in the implementation and configuration of new MES systems and integrate them with other enterprise systems like ERP.
• Data Management and Analysis: Collect and analyze real-time data from the shop floor to identify bottlenecks, track production, and improve decision-making.
• User Support and Training: Provide technical assistance to production staff and develop training materials to help them use the MES effectively.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including protocols, reports, and user guides, for the MES.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the MES supports quality management by tracking deviations and exceptions, contributing to improved quality control.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Skills: Proficiency with MES software, understanding of databases, and familiarity with system integration.
• Manufacturing Processes: A solid understanding of the manufacturing lifecycle, from order release to finished goods, and common production challenges.
• Data Analysis: Ability to collect, interpret, and use data to drive improvements in production.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with production teams and provide training.
