Senior Motion Graphic Designer

We are seeking a senior motion graphic creative to deliver high-quality visual content. Your expertise in motion graphics and video production will be essential in elevating both client content and internal brand projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate project briefs into compelling visual stories, demonstrating a deep understanding of the client's needs and goals.
  • Design static and animated graphics using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, ensuring consistency and accuracy in all designs.
  • Develop storyboards, style frames, and visual concepts for motion graphics projects, showcasing your creativity and attention to detail.
  • Animate graphics and typography using Adobe After Effects, bringing your vision to life and engaging audiences.
  • Edit and assemble video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, refining your skills in post-production and delivery.
  • Contribute creative ideas and participate in brainstorming sessions, collaborating with the team to drive innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency and meet project goals, fostering open communication and trust.
  • Refine deliverables based on feedback and maintain well-organised project files, prioritizing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Meet tight deadlines, balancing multiple tasks and responsibilities while maintaining a high level of quality.

Qualifications:

  • 4–5 years of experience in the creative/design/video field, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or Communication Design, providing a solid foundation in design principles and best practices.
  • Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro, staying up-to-date with industry standards and trends.
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to work under pressure, remaining calm and composed in fast-paced environments.
  • Able to produce consistent, creative, and eye-catching designs, meeting client expectations and exceeding them whenever possible.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Commitment to an on-site role for a minimum of 2 years, demonstrating stability and reliability.
