Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Jira expert to lead our team in managing and optimizing the Atlassian environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Administer, Configure, and Customize Jira Software, Service Management, and Confluence to meet business requirements.
  2. Design and Implement Scalable Solutions for Jira projects, workflows, schemes, custom fields, permissions, and notifications.
  3. Collaborate with Stakeholders to translate business needs into effective Jira solutions.
  4. Establish Governance and Standards for Jira usage across the organization.
  5. Manage User Access and Security according to organizational policies.
  6. Monitor Performance and Conduct Regular Health Checks to ensure seamless operations.
  7. Integrate Jira with Other Enterprise Tools such as Slack, GitHub, Jenkins, and ServiceNow.
  8. Develop Dashboards and Reports to support leadership and operational teams.
Requirements:
  • Jira Administration: Experience in administering Jira software, service management, and confluence.
  • Project Management: Ability to design and implement scalable Jira projects and workflows.
  • Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
