We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. This is an excellent opportunity for junior candidates with 1 to 3 years of sales experience in a relevant industry to grow professionally and contribute to our success.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A proven track record of sales experience, with a strong background in negotiation skills, sales management, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in convincing people and closing sales, as well as experience in product demonstration and direct sales.
  • A genuine passion for renewable energy and sustainability initiatives.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Generating and qualifying leads to drive product sales and meeting targets.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to showcase solar energy benefits.
  • Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals in a professional manner.

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹600,000 - ₹900,000 per annum, depending on experience, making this an attractive opportunity for those looking to launch or advance their careers in renewable energy sales.
