Academic Mathematician

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Mathematics Teacher to join our educational team.

• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles.
• Teach a range of mathematical subjects including Algebra, Geometry, Calculus, Trigonometry, and Discrete Math.
• Utilize technology to enhance instructional delivery and student engagement.
• Audit student performance through standardized testing and provide constructive feedback to support academic growth.
• Foster a supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a conducive learning atmosphere.
• Provide individualized support and mentoring to students who require additional assistance.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and instructional design initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or Education with a focus on Mathematics, advanced degrees are preferred.
• Proven experience working with students in an educational setting, classroom experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of mathematical concepts including Algebra, Geometry, Calculus, Trigonometry, Differential Equations, and Discrete Math.
• Familiarity with curriculum development processes and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to students.
• Experience in special education or Montessori teaching methods is beneficial.
• Ability to conduct research related to mathematics education is advantageous.
• Proficiency in classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies.
• Experience in academic advising or education administration is valuable.
