Job Title

We are seeking a dedicated Compliance Professional to play a pivotal role in promoting a strong culture and robust processes for anti-bribery, anti-corruption, marketing compliance, global data privacy compliance, international trade compliance, training programs, and reporting.


The ideal candidate is a highly effective communicator and experienced compliance professional capable of collaborating with legal and business stakeholders to manage the organization's Business Compliance Program. Key responsibilities include:


  1. Oversee, maintain, and innovate an effective compliance employee engagement and communication program for the organization.
  2. Manage the Business Compliance Program in cooperation with stakeholders, evaluating effectiveness through key metrics.
  3. Develop, maintain, revise, and operationalize policies, procedures, protocols, guidelines, and training materials.
  4. Monitor legal and regulatory trends, prioritize legal and compliance issues, and determine appropriate courses of action.
  5. Conduct systematic audits for monitoring and reviewing Business Compliance Program controls.
  6. Respond to conflict of interest questions and gift approvals, driving standardization in consultation with senior management.

Key qualifications include:


  • A law degree from a top-tier institution in India, USA, or EU.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience as a legal professional with compliance expertise, preferably in a public company.
  • Experience as an attorney handling compliance matters beneficial.

Required skills include familiarity with US Federal Sentencing Guidelines, Sanctions and Export Control laws, US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, UK Bribery Act, GDPR, and other global anti-corruption and data privacy regulations.
