Job Title: Data Science Consultant - Predictive Modeling Expert

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Data Science Consultant to join our team at EXL Analytics. As a key member of our data science team, you will be responsible for developing predictive models to drive business growth and improve customer engagement. Your expertise in machine learning algorithms and statistical techniques will enable you to uncover insights and trends in our clients' data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Model Development: Design and implement predictive models using machine learning algorithms to forecast customer behavior and preferences.
  • Feature Engineering: Identify and create relevant features to enhance model performance and accuracy.
  • Model Evaluation: Assess and evaluate the performance of developed models using relevant metrics and techniques.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate models into production environments and drive data-driven decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical techniques.
  • Proficient in Python and experience with data visualization tools.
