This role is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced marketing environment where every day presents new challenges. You will play a key role in driving the company's marketing strategy across various channels, including influencer outreach, PR drops, email campaigns, events, and growth tracking.

Responsibilities include:

  • Owning end-to-end influencer marketing operations: research, outreach, seeding, tracking, and reporting.
  • Supporting launch campaigns: digital, offline, and partnerships.
  • Developing, scheduling, and tracking email/WhatsApp campaigns.
  • Assisting with PR activities: media list building, PR drops, coverage tracking.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams on brand collaborations (e.g., lifestyle clubs, cafés, gyms).
  • Creating performance dashboards and reports for campaign analysis.
  • Working closely with the founder on developing new marketing strategies and ideas.

The ideal candidate has 0–2 years of experience in marketing, exceptional organizational skills, resourcefulness, and creativity. They thrive in a startup environment and are passionate about beauty and pop culture.
