Job Overview

Ag-Fintax is seeking a seasoned Senior Tax Manager to lead our tax planning and compliance efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and review of tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and developing strategies to minimize liabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee tax planning and compliance initiatives
  • Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations, providing expert advice to stakeholders
  • Manage tax audits, resolving issues efficiently and effectively
  • Develop and implement tax-saving strategies to optimize financial outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tax Manager who possesses the following qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in tax management, with a strong background in tax planning and compliance
  • In-depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including tax filing (1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065) and tax compliance
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
