Job Summary


We are looking for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in portfolio management to lead the implementation of Broadcom Clarity tool. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex projects, teams, and stakeholders.



Key Responsibilities



  • Portfolio Management: Develop and implement portfolio management strategies to optimize resource allocation and maximize business value.
  • Clarity Tool Implementation: Lead the implementation of Broadcom Clarity tool to enhance project and portfolio management capabilities.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of professionals to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



Education: A degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).


Experience: At least 5 years of experience in product experience in Broadcom Clarity tool or similar portfolio management tools.


Skills:



  • Leveraging knowledge of Demand, Resource, Project, and Portfolio Management processes as they apply to use of Clarity.
  • Creating and executing XOG scripts.
  • Working with CA and other vendors to achieve firm's Clarity related deliverables and troubleshoot application issues.
  • Providing CA Clarity system performance reports in accordance with the PMO requirements in order to support executive decision making.
  • Create and run ad-hoc reports on the information in the CA Clarity database.

  • Able to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, increasing their productivity and effectiveness, by sharing deep knowledge and experience.
  • Self-motivator and self-starter, Ability to own and drive things without supervision and works collaboratively with the teams across the organization.
  • Have excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact and present the ideas to Senior and Executive management.


Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience.
