Procurement Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced procurement professional to join our dynamic team
- Purchasing and Contract Management: Review and validate purchase requisitions and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance. Drive end-to-end procurement processes with precision and attention to detail.
- Operational Excellence: Lead root cause analysis for delayed PRs, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to reduce cycle times.
- Vendor Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, track product delivery, and support cost reduction initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Oversee a team of 6-8 procurement professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in procurement operations and sourcing.
- 3+ years of managing teams and driving process improvements.
- Expertise in eProcurement tools like Ariba, SAP, or Oracle.
- Strong communication, client service, and interpersonal skills.
