Job Title: Senior Frontend Engineering Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Frontend Engineer with over 10 years of experience to lead our frontend development initiatives using React and TypeScript. In this role, you will be responsible for driving architectural decisions, managing a team of engineers, and ensuring seamless client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable frontend architectures using React and TypeScript.
  • Lead the development of new features and enhancements while maintaining high performance and responsiveness.
  • Oversee and execute frontend upgrade and migration projects ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
  • Manage and mentor a team of frontend engineers fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Conduct regular code reviews providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client interactions understanding their needs and translating them into technical requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies conducting research to enhance our development practices and toolsets.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve development efficiency and product quality.
  • Manage and oversee the deployment process for frontend applications ensuring smooth transitions from development to production.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on React and TypeScript.
  • Proven experience in frontend architecture and design with a solid understanding of design systems.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and mentoring engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience with code review processes and best practices.
  • Familiarity with deployment tools and CI/CD processes.
  • Ability to conduct research and stay abreast of new technologies and trends in the frontend development landscape.
