Transformative AI Engineer Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing & Developing AI Models: Utilize your expertise in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+) to create efficient, production-ready code for AI models.
  • Evaluating Performance: Test and rank model outputs to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Fine-Tuning Models: Work with datasets to improve SFT and RLHF models.
  • Improving Code Quality: Raise the bar with code reviews, testing, and clean documentation.
  • Innovating Strategies: Develop new approaches to make AI more useful, safe, and aligned with real-world needs.

Requirements & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • Strong Foundations in Python & JavaScript/TypeScript: Proficiency in these languages is essential for building and optimizing AI models.
  • Experience with Node.js or NestJS, plus a Modern Frontend Framework: Familiarity with these technologies will enable you to design scalable systems and secure coding practices.
  • Modular Development Skills: You should be comfortable working with modular development and secure coding practices.
  • Docker Experience: This is a must-have skill for the role.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Clear communication is crucial for explaining complex ideas in English.

Bonus Points

If you have hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, prompting, fine-tuning), a background in test-driven development, QA, or automated testing, you'll have a significant advantage in this role.
