Senior Graphic Designer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to lead our visual identity. This role involves creating premium designs that effectively engage consumers and foster brand loyalty across packaging, social media, digital campaigns, and offline collateral.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop a consistent brand image across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Oversee the design of social media content, ad creatives, landing pages, emailers, and influencer kits.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life with compelling visuals.
  • Mentor junior designers and freelancers, providing creative guidance and feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4–6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and digital campaign design.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); bonus if you know Figma/Canva.
  • Experience designing for D2C, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
  • The ability to balance creativity with commercial goals (conversion, engagement, retention).

Nice to Have:

  • Motion graphics or video editing experience for social media.
  • Photography or art direction background.
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup/D2C environments.
