Job Title: Automation Lead

This role will oversee automation projects, guiding team members in building workflows and ensuring clients are kept updated on progress, challenges, and outcomes.

  • Manage end-to-end automation projects for sales and marketing teams by coordinating workflow processes and streamlining data pipelines.
  • Guide team members in setting up Workflow automation systems (Clay, n8n, Zapier), focusing on scalability and efficiency.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of automation workflows using n8n, Zapier, or Make.com to enhance productivity.
  • Ensure seamless integration of tools like Apollo, Clay, Instantly via APIs/webhooks to maximize efficiency.
  • Monitor quality of data pipelines for enrichment, lead scoring, and AI-driven workflows.
  • Review and validate outputs (data cleaning, reports, dashboards) before sharing with clients.
  • Act as the primary client contact—providing updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring alignment.
  • Document processes and recommend improvements for scalability and efficiency.
Key Requirements:
  • Familiarity with no-code/AI automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make).
  • Experience managing CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Background in project or client management with exposure to sales/marketing workflows.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills for coordinating team members and client expectations.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, or basic scripting (Python/JavaScript).
  • Comfort with productivity tools like Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize and deliver on deadlines.
