Interior Design Professional

We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join our team.

This individual will be responsible for creating designs based on client conversations and maintaining a high level of creativity and professionalism.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to assess client needs and adjust their approach accordingly, and a strong understanding of interior design trends and principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • To own the sales funnel and drive sales closure.
  • To own customer experience during a project.
  • To lead and own quality and accuracy of design deliverables.
  • To own end-to-end project lifecycle.

Requirements
  • Graduation or relevant diploma in interior design or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an interior designer.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects, with a minimum of 5-6 turnkey/full home residential projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
  • Design expertise in conceptual design (layout, style, moodboard), technical design (material knowledge, execution, and drawing preparation), modular design (material knowledge, aesthetics, and functionality, module planning), and civil works and services (specifications and installation details).
  • Ability to create Bills of Quantities (BoQs) for customers, coordinate with internal and external agencies, and drive sales closure through logical and trusted sales pitches.
  • Behavioral attributes: result-oriented, team player, integrity and ethics, crisp and meaningful communication, willingness to learn, and ability to drive performance among independent team members.
