Visual Storyteller Opportunity

We're looking for a skilled Visualiser to join our team and help craft engaging narratives that bring ideas to life. As a Visual Storyteller, you will work closely with our creative and copy teams to develop campaigns, social content, brand identities, and marketing materials that stand out and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop compelling visual concepts, layouts, and artworks for various platforms.
  • Translate briefs into powerful visual narratives while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with designers, art directors, and creative leads to create integrated campaigns.
  • Pursue new design styles, trends, and techniques to maintain a fresh approach.
  • E nsure consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all deliverables.
  • Mentor junior designers, sharing feedback and design best practices.
  • Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in design/visualisation, preferably in an agency setup.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing campaign work, social media design, branding, and visual storytelling.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Able to take feedback positively and refine ideas quickly.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to balance creativity with functionality.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
