Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Futures in HR Business Partnering

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to offer closure.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Develop proactive talent pipelines through strategic sourcing and networking.
  • Maintain accurate data in Hiring dashboards.
  • Evaluate candidate experiences and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Support employer branding initiatives alongside HR team members.
  • Contribute to onboarding and new joiner integration planning.
  • Over time, take on broader HR responsibilities including employee engagement, performance management support, and policy implementation.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • 3-6 years of experience in recruitment; prior exposure to full-cycle hiring preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders across levels.
  • A learning mindset and interest in evolving into a strategic HRBP role in the future.
