About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP IDM/IPS Specialist to design, implement, and maintain SAP Identity Management (IDM) and Identity Provisioning Service (IPS) solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute SAP IDM/IPS strategies for clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IAM solutions with existing infrastructure and applications.
  • Analyze business requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives.
Technical Requirements:
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in SAP Security/IAM with at least 3+ years in IAS/IPS.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in SAP IAS (SSO, SAML 2.0, OAuth, OpenID Connect, MFA, federation).
  • Practical experience in SAP IPS provisioning for S/4HANA Cloud and BTP applications.
  • Deep understanding of SAP BTP security concepts – subaccounts, role collections, entitlements, trust setup.
  • Experience with corporate identity providers (Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity) integration.
Familiarity with:
  • SAP GRC Access Control or SAP IDM for governance and role-based provisioning.
  • Certificate-based authentication, SCIM, and Zero Trust models.
  • BTP multi-tenant and service-to-service authentication setups.
  • Authorization concepts in S/4HANA Cloud and BTP services.
