Expert Sales Strategist

The Lead Consultant in SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution is responsible for leading and overseeing the implementation, customization, and support of the SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution module. This strategic role demands expertise in managing complex sales processes and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage the implementation of the SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution module, encompassing configuration, testing, and deployment.
  2. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to comprehend requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
  3. Provide guidance and support to junior consultants and functional teams, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and expertise development.
  4. Conduct thorough system testing, user training, and post-implementation support to ensure optimal performance and user adoption.
  5. Identify and troubleshoot issues related to the SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution module, applying analytical skills to resolve complex problems.
  6. Stay abreast of SAP updates, industry best practices, and trends in sales and distribution processes, adapting strategies to maximize efficiency and competitiveness.
  7. Maintain strict adherence to project timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards, upholding the highest levels of professionalism and integrity.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  1. Extensive knowledge of the SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution module, with a deep understanding of its features and functionalities.
  2. Proven proficiency in configuration, customization, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution, coupled with excellent problem-solving skills.
  3. Strong comprehension of sales and distribution processes, including best practices and industry standards.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  5. Ability to work independently, think critically, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Project management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize objectives effectively.
