Artificial Intelligence Specialist Position

Job Overview:

Our organization is seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence (AI) specialist to develop and optimize large language models (LLMs). As a key member of our AI team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving LLM-based solutions using techniques such as prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agent-based architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement LLM-based systems
  • Develop and maintain codebases

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in building Machine Learning models & systems
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI techniques, including prompt engineering, RAG, and agents
  • Experience driving technical roadmaps and leading engineering teams
  • Expert proficiency in Python, Langchain/Langgraph, and SQL programming skills
  • Understanding of cloud services, including Azure, GCP, or AWS
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
