Product Management Job Description

As a Product Manager, you will be working closely with the leadership team, engineering team, and product team to develop and execute roadmaps for apps built on the Eightfold platform.

  • Collaborate with developer partners and customers to internalize and understand their needs, and develop strategic product roadmaps to address these needs.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, compassion, commitment to learning, transparency, and integrity.
  • Partner with executive leadership, product design, marketing, customer success, and sales teams to drive support for your vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of market landscapes for talent acquisition and experience to develop differentiating products.
  • Integrate Eightfold's core technological strengths into products.
  • Closely track industry trends and adapt product strategies accordingly.
  • Develop and present strategic insights about products, markets, and customer adoption.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management.
  • Demonstrated bias to action and aptitude for rapid learning.
  • Passion for Eightfold's vision: The right career for everyone in the world.
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of enterprise SaaS products.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
