Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect, design, and develop highly scalable, robust platforms using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Lead the development of full-stack applications with a React-based frontend.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide innovative technical solutions.
  • Oversee the full software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Provide technical guidance to development teams, performing code reviews, and ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Lead architecture discussions and decisions, ensuring the platform meets business needs and technical requirements.
  • Ensure scalability, performance, and security of the platform, implementing best practices.
  • Act as a technical liaison between the development team and clients, ensuring that business objectives are met.
  • Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies that align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure resolution within tight timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10-14 years of experience in software development with Java.
  • Strong expertise in Kafka to design and optimize scalable, high-performance distributed systems.
  • Extensive experience with Spring Boot for building large-scale backend services and APIs.
  • Solid hands-on experience with React for front-end development.
  • Strong knowledge of platform architecture and distributed systems design.
  • Proven experience in leading or architecting client-facing platforms.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of event-driven architectures and messaging systems like Kafka or Rabbit MQ.
  • Familiarity with No SQL databases (e.g., Mongo DB, Cassandra) and RDBMS (e.g., My SQL, Postgre SQL).

Optional Skills:

  • Knowledge with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
  • Good understanding of security best practices in software architecture.
  • Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Experience cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Client-focused mindset: Strong ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Advanced degrees or certifications in Java architecture or related technologies (e.g., Spring certifications) are a plus.
