BIM Mentor

We are seeking an experienced BIM professional to join our team as a mentor. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the next generation of building information modeling experts.

  • Conduct engaging and comprehensive BIM training sessions for students, developing and delivering curriculum content covering various BIM concepts, software tools, and industry best practices.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to students, helping them develop their BIM skills, understanding of workflows, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Collaborate with the instructional design team to create and enhance training materials, exercises, and assessments to ensure the curriculum remains up-to-date and aligned with industry standards.
  • Assist students remotely by answering their questions, addressing technical issues, and providing guidance through virtual communication channels.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, advancements, and emerging technologies in the BIM field, sharing industry insights, case studies, and real-world examples with students.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Building Information Modeling, working on real-world projects.
  • Proficiency in popular BIM software tools such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, Enscape, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to convey complex BIM concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience in conducting training sessions or mentoring individuals in the AEC industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and resolve BIM-related challenges.
