We are looking for a skilled Oracle Goldengate Specialist to join our team at LTIMindtree. As a Database Replication Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing solutions using Oracle Goldengate 12c and higher, OCI Goldengate, and other data sources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of Solutions: Design, implement, and maintain Oracle Goldengate replication environments, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.
  • Data Source Experience: Work with various data sources, including Oracle, Amazon RDS for Oracle, Amazon RDS for PostgreSQL, and SQL Server.
  • Best Practices: Implement data replication best practices to eliminate/minimize downtime for operational requirements.
  • Source System Changes: Recommend infrastructure and database changes as needed to ensure efficient replication.
  • Replication Scripts: Set up scripts for automation, monitoring, and alerting tools, and production support and SLA documents.
  • Tenant Onboarding: Build repeatable patterns to onboard tenants rapidly.
  • Technical Engagement: Own technical engagement, strategy, and roadmap for ingestion and data replication.
