Job Title: EH&S IT Business Partner

As a seasoned IT professional, you will serve as the strategic liaison between the EH&S business function and IT, fostering seamless collaboration and alignment of local needs with global standards.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Managing EH&S-related IT projects from requirements gathering to delivery;
  • Performing in-depth business analysis, translating EH&S business needs into actionable IT requirements and solutions;
  • Acting as Service Manager for EH&S applications and platforms, ensuring stability, compliance, and usability;
  • Overseeing incident, request, and release management activities for EH&S applications;
  • Collaborating with global process owners to ensure alignment of local needs with global standards;
  • Coordinating enhancements, upgrades, and integrations of EH&S solutions within the enterprise landscape;
  • Monitoring service performance and ensuring SLA adherence;
  • Providing governance and compliance oversight to ensure EH&S applications meet regulatory requirements;
  • Supporting change management and adoption of EH&S tools across business units.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10–15 years of experience in IT business partnering, business analysis, or service management;
  • Strong knowledge of EH&S processes and supporting IT systems (SAP EH&S, Enablon, or similar platforms);
  • Experience in project management (end-to-end IT project lifecycle);
  • Good understanding of ITIL practices (incident, change, release, and problem management);
  • Hands-on experience with service and vendor management;
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with ability to bridge IT and business functions;
  • Experience working in global environments with multiple business units and process owners;
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements for EH&S systems.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA EH&S or related modules;
  • ITIL, PMP, or BA certifications;
  • Experience in integration of EH&S tools with ERP and reporting platforms.
