Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Academic Guidance Specialist to join our team in Haryana. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective academic guidance programs that cater to the diverse needs of students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive academic guidance initiatives that promote student success and well-being.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, teachers, and community organizations to ensure collaborative efforts in supporting student growth.
  • Conduct assessments and interpret test results to identify areas of strength and weakness among students.
  • Analyze data to measure program effectiveness and make informed decisions to improve services.
  • Provide individualized support to students through responsive services, including group sessions and one-on-one consultations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote equity and access to educational opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in academic guidance or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
