","The role of the ASIC Test Engineer involves developing and executing test strategies for advanced semiconductor devices.
","Key Responsibilities:
","- Develop test development on an Advantest V93000 platform for blocks/interfaces and functionality such as ADC/DAC, SERDES (CPRI, PCIE), ATPG, Boundary Scan, Programming LTU chip, Process Monitors, High Voltage Stress Testing, Very Low Voltage (VLV) Testing, IO Parametric Tests, IDD, Top Level Verification, Production Test & Yield Ramp, and Failure Analysis Support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and manufacturing to ensure efficient testing and debug routines.
- Provide reports and analysis on test results to support yield optimization and quality improvement.
