Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tour Manager to join our team. As a Tour Manager, you will be responsible for planning and managing tours, creating and organizing itineraries, and offering guided tours. You will also be responsible for ensuring excellent communication with clients to enhance their travel experience and address any inquiries or issues that arise during the tour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage tours from start to finish, including itinerary creation and coordination.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

  • Conduct research on destinations and attractions to stay up-to-date on the latest information and trends.

  • Create and implement strategies to improve tour operations and increase customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of tours and events.

  • Monitor and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of tour management principles and practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Experience in customer service and relationship-building.

  • Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism or related field preferred.
