We are seeking a talented Python Backend Developer to join our team.

About the Role
  • This is a full-time, remote opportunity that offers a competitive compensation package and excellent benefits.
  • As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable backend applications using Python, Django, and FastAPI.
  • You will work closely with our DevOps team to ensure seamless integration with our existing infrastructure.
Responsibilities
  • Design and implement robust and scalable REST APIs and application modules.
  • Build efficient database schemas, queries, and transactions for enterprise-grade solutions.
  • Implement authentication, authorization, RBAC, and security best practices.
  • Work with async programming for performance-critical services.
  • Manage background jobs and distributed task queues.
  • Ensure application performance, fault tolerance, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with frontend and product teams for feature delivery.
Requirements
  • Strong expertise in Core Python (OOP, data structures, design patterns).
  • Hands-on experience with Django (ORM, middleware, application architecture).
  • Proven experience with FastAPI for building async APIs.
  • Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and WebSockets.
  • Proficiency in SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (Redis/MongoDB).
  • Experience with async IO, concurrency, and performance optimization.
