Data Analyst Innovator

As an AI developer, you will be responsible for building and implementing large-scale models that improve team efficiency.
Our innovative approach involves leveraging AI at top tech companies to accurately predict on-the-job performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining Key Metrics
- Define north-star and feature-level metrics for ranking, interview analytics, and payouts systems.
- A/B Testing
- Design and run A/B tests and quasi-experiments; turn results into product decisions within a week.
- Data Models
- Create source-of-truth dashboards and lightweight data models for teams to self-serve answers.
- Event Instrumentation
- Instrument events with engineers to improve data quality and latency from ingestion to insight.
- Model Prototyping
- Prototype quick models (from baselines to gradient boosting) to enhance matching and scoring.
- LLM Evaluation
- Evaluate LLM-powered agents: design rubrics, human-in-the-loop studies, and guardrail canaries.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:
- Quantitative Background
- 0–2 years of experience in data science/analytics or similar; BS/BA in a quantitative field (or equivalent work).
- Technical Skills
- Strong SQL; Python for analysis; comfort with experiment design and causal thinking.
- Communication
- Effective communication with engineers, PMs, and leadership; turning analysis into action.
