Key Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot and resolve issues through root cause analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and maintain automation test frameworks to ensure efficient testing processes.
- Monitor and report defects, collaborating with vendors as needed for timely resolution.
- Recommend and implement automation test scripts to improve testing efficiency.
- Document solutions for problems/defects based on thorough analysis of business goals and requirements.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 4-7 years of relevant experience, including 4+ years of strong experience in automation testing.
- Expertise in Java programming, TestNG, data-driven frameworks, page object models, UNIX scripting, GIT, and SQL databases.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
