About the Role

This position is responsible for providing support to Treasury Operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of cash management, bank administration, intercompany, foreign exchange, and derivative transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in treasury products, including money market, foreign exchange, and derivatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Planning and executing day-to-day and period-end treasury activities related to accounting, closing, and reporting;
  • Working knowledge of treasury management systems and ERPs;
  • Leading teams and delegating responsibilities effectively;
  • Presenting key metrics to clients on a regular basis;
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth operations;
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance controllership.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A graduate or post-graduate degree in commerce or an MBA from a recognized university;
  • Minimum post-qualification work experience;
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with a CA/CA Inter degree and relevant work experience are preferred. Additionally, experience with automation, lean/Six Sigma, Power BI, and Tableau would be beneficial. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, is also required.
