Job Opportunity:

The Chartered Accountant will play a pivotal role in strengthening the finance backbone for high-growth companies. The position combines financial reporting, financial management, and investor deliverables with hands-on involvement in building scalable systems and supporting strategic decisions.

  • Oversee monthly and annual book closure to ensure accuracy of accounts.
  • Create and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports and dashboards, including Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Budget vs Actual.
  • Drive financial planning, variance analysis, and performance reviews.
  • Establish efficient systems, processes, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for finance and compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, investor, and audit requirements.
  • Manage and track Capital Structure and investor obligations.
  • Support fundraising, due diligence, and investor reporting.
  • Lead audit readiness and compliance tracking across functions.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with founders, investors, and auditors to ensure timely book closure, reliable MIS, and consistent company preparedness.
