Delivery Experience Improvement Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced operations manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Last Mile Analytics and Quality (LMAQ) team, you will be responsible for establishing world-class audits of our delivery partners, providing them timely feedback, and being part of Amazon's global last mile delivery network.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive process improvement and motivate a team of driven, customer-obsessed associates
• Analyze systemic issues and implement solutions to challenging problems
• Work with inter-functional teams to streamline processes and identify opportunities for process excellence
• Contribute to data quality improvement projects by proposing enhancements to tools and working on continuous improvement of processes
Requirements:
• 2+ years of performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques experience
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, transportation logistics
• Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
Bonus Requirements:
• Knowledge or experience in Six Sigma, LEAN, DMAIC, Kaizen, and/or statistical process control projects
