Key responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize visionary new product design solutions that evolve and differentiate the experience for our customers.
  • Shape ambiguous ideas into concrete user stories and innovative product experiences using a user-centered design process; collaborate directly with junior designers throughout every stage.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to experiment and evolve our design composition and generation algorithms, exploring new possibilities for asset, layout, and complex template generation.
  • Closely collaborate with our design systems and marketing teams to ensure generated designs meet high quality standards for admins and customers.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment, push creativity, and challenge established thinking with peers throughout the product ecosystem.

You'll lead end-to-end experience design for both admins and customers, enabling seamless, scalable, and best-in-class service. You'll also mentor junior designers, model high-quality design practices, and contribute to hiring efforts.

Your Qualifications:

  • 10+ years designing innovative digital products within large-scale ecosystems.
  • 5+ years collaborating with product, engineering, design, content, and user research teams.
  • 5+ years directing and mentoring junior designers, guiding multi-disciplinary collaborators through a successful user-centered process.
