We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Consultant to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing advanced machine learning models, analyzing user behavior patterns, and predicting likelihood of user retention on OTT platforms.
- Developing predictive models using large-scale datasets with SQL.
- Building causal inference-based intervention models to retain users on the platform.
- Contributing to the development and evaluation of models leveraging pre-trained LLMs.
- Collaborating with research scientists, engineers, and product teams to foster a collaborative environment.
- Improving user experience by leveraging AI capabilities.
- Sharing insights and participating in external academic workshops and conferences.
- Pursuing or completed master's or bachelor's degree in computer science or similar background.
- Strong background in applied deep learning and machine learning.
- Good understanding of handling large-scale datasets with SQL.
- Understanding of current state-of-the-art machine learning literature.
- Prior experience in developing large-scale prediction and reasoning models.
- Strong knowledge and interest in LLMs (fine-tuning, training, and using LLMs).
- Proficiency in hands-on Python and one or more popular deep learning frameworks.
