We are a growth-obsessed marketing agency looking for an experienced media buyer or paid ads growth specialist.

Our team has delivered outstanding results, adding over $250 million in revenue for eCommerce and Home Services brands in the last 5 years.

The ideal candidate will have managed paid ads campaigns on Facebook and Google for eCommerce/DTC brands and possess at least 2-4 years of performance marketing experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research to suggest relevant ad copy, creative, and funnel structure suggestions.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, fostering trust in our services.
  • Perform data-driven A/B tests to gather valuable insights.
  • Suggest and optimize new ad angles, creative variations, promotions, and landing page improvements to boost ROAS/conversions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, incorporating them into our strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with our team and brands to achieve target KPIs.
  • Develop high-quality direct response-focused creative copies and edit marketing content with excellent grammar.
