SAP EHS Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP EHS Consultant to join our team. As an experienced professional in software global development & implementation projects, you will work as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and translate business requirements into user stories and Functional Requirement Specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on end-to-end software global development & implementation projects.
  • Translate business requirements into user stories and Functional Requirement Specifications in accordance with approved IT Architecture.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes.
  • Support Delivery Manager & Platform Analyst in evaluating solution feasibility, solution design, and high-level estimation.
  • Develop and provide required user training for the implemented application.
  • Collaborate with Business, Architects, and Platform Analyst to elaborate on requirements.
  • Prior to UAT validate that solution meets business requirements.
  • Responsible to validate test plan and functional test cases and sign off acceptance of the product.
  • Promptly escalate issues, which affect product delivery and quality that are beyond scope of influence.
  • Responsible for Software Quality, Compliance, and Regulatory aspects of the solution.
  • Ensure seamless business operations support (third line support) when needed.

Requirements:

Technical Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • 6+ years of experience in SAP EHS Functional.
  • Participation in at least 3 SAP EHS implementations.
  • Responsibility for Risk Assessments, EHS Audit, Product Safety, and Dangerous Goods.

Soft Skills Required:

  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in business/client-facing roles.
  • Highly driven, energetic, flexible, resourceful, and ability to multitask.
  • Clarity of thought and vision.
  • Ability to ideate and bring solutions to the table.
  • Adherence to timelines without sacrificing quality of output.
  • Hands-on and detail-oriented with strong ability to coordinate across different geographies and with different stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple functions at same point of time.

Cross-domain expertise in articulating problem statements to evolve solutions across domains.
