Front Desk Associate

As a Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process for our guests. You will greet and register new arrivals, respond to customer inquiries, and provide excellent service to ensure guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding promptly to their requests and resolving any issues that may arise.

  • Process hotel registrations, manage room assignments, and maintain accurate records of guest information.

  • Assist with the coordination of events, meetings, and activities, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding guest expectations.

  • Stay current on hotel services, amenities, and local attractions, providing recommendations and insights to enhance the guest experience.

  • Manage cash handling procedures, balancing daily transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and teamwork, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, adhering to hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.

  • Perform additional duties as required to support the success of the front desk team and the hotel as a whole.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and welcoming demeanor.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.

  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in hotel management systems.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality experience preferred.
