Senior Leadership Role: Data Analytics Manager

Our company is constantly evolving and building a data-driven organization in the region. In this critical leadership position, you will play a vital role in shaping how data informs decisions across Fulfillment & Logistics.

Job Overview:

  • Own the end-to-end supply planning process, translating demand forecasts into effective supply plans for fulfillment and logistics teams.
  • Collaborate with demand planning, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure adequate capacity is available to fulfill the monthly plan and meet shipping and delivery expectations.
  • Lead seasonal and promotional event planning including inventory build-up strategies, temporary storage solutions, manpower planning by partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators including daily attainment, capacity utilization, promise quality etc.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Planners and Analysts and drive continuous process improvements across planning processes.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Product, and Technology to translate business problems into structured analytical projects.
  • Build and maintain scalable data frameworks, planning models, and dashboards that provide actionable insights for decision-making at all levels.
  • Drive forecasting, budgeting, and KPI tracking for key operational metrics across fulfillment centers, last-mile logistics, and supply chain.
  • Develop and implement advanced analytical techniques (forecasting, clustering, regression, predictive modeling) to anticipate trends and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
  • Champion automation and self-service tools to empower teams and reduce manual reporting.
  • Act as a thought partner to leadership, proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and areas for strategic investment.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Strategic Analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong background in e-commerce, supply chain, fulfillment, or logistics.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional analytics projects that drive measurable business impact.
  • Deep expertise in SQL, BigQuery, and modern data analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in data visualization platforms.
  • Strong statistical foundation and experience with forecasting, predictive modeling, regression, clustering, classification techniques.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Strong leadership qualities: ability to inspire, coach, and build high-performing teams.
