We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our team as a Data Analyst Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and challenges. Your primary responsibility will be to provide valuable insights through comprehensive data analyses.

Responsibilities
  • You will meet with clients to uncover their business needs and challenges, using your excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
  • You will perform quantitative and observational data analyses to identify key insights, utilizing your analytical skills to formulate recommendations for our clients.
  • You will present your findings and recommendations to clients, providing clear and concise explanations of your analysis and its implications.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience with supply chain planning software is required, preferably Kinaxis Rapid Response or equivalent.
  • You must have a strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning, Demand/Supply Planning, and Inventory Optimization concepts.
  • You should possess proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, dashboard creation) and Advanced Excel.
Technical Skills
  • You should have a deep functional and technical understanding of Master Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
  • Experience in scripting languages such as Python or R would be beneficial for data manipulation and custom workflows.
  • Ability to create, customize, and manage analytical reports and dashboards within the relevant software would be an asset.
