Expert Meter Data Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Oracle C2M - Meter Data Management professional to support our Top MNC Client.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced technical assistance for Oracle C2M upgrade, including defect analysis, fixes, deployment, and RCA documentation.
  • Coordinate with Oracle support and middleware/edge systems for effective defect resolution.
  • Perform meticulous data corrections, performance optimization, and tuning in SIT/UAT/Pre-Prod environments.
  • Support comprehensive system testing, regression testing, and UAT phases.
  • Integrate new requirements driven by legal, statutory, or policy changes (design, development, testing, deployment).
  • Respond to C2M-specific queries (SOM, Device Management).
  • Prepare and maintain key project documentation (functional/technical specifications, test cases, release notes, defect reports, RCA).
  • Participate in regular status reporting and governance meetings with stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5-10 years of experience in Oracle C2M / MDM implementations and support.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in advanced technical support, defect management, and performance optimization.
  • Good knowledge of SOM and Device Management modules.
  • Experience in test planning, defect tracking, and documentation.
  • Strong coordination skills with Oracle Support and external system teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
