Healthcare Data Engineer Role
\As a skilled healthcare data engineer, you will be responsible for cleaning, rationalizing, and integrating large healthcare datasets for AI-driven analytics and automation.
\This role involves working closely with our AI/ML teams to align data preparation with project goals. You will perform data cleaning, identify and resolve errors, inconsistencies, duplicates, and missing values.
\Additionally, you will conduct data rationalization and normalization to align with healthcare data standards and structures (ICD-10, CPT, SNOMED).
\Another key aspect of this role is aggregating and consolidating datasets from multiple systems (EHRs, claims, third-party vendors). You will also execute data extraction workflows to generate AI-ready features.
\Furthermore, you will conduct data quality assurance and validation checks to ensure reliability and accuracy. Your strong collaboration skills will enable you to partner effectively with our AI/ML teams.
\Required skills and qualifications include:
\- Strong experience in healthcare data engineering.\
- Proficiency in data cleaning, normalization, aggregation, and feature extraction.\
- Knowledge of healthcare standards and coding systems.\
- Proficiency with SQL, Python, and automation frameworks for data workflows.\
- Hands-on experience integrating data from multiple healthcare systems and vendors.\
